Here's what we do...

To make the installation of the Compacting Ground Anchors we require:-

  • All Dial Before You Dig plans to be supplied to our Team in advance.
  • All pipe and cable location services have been investigated and clearly marked out on the surface where the Compacting Ground Anchors will be installed.
  • Geotech Report/Conditions are to be supplied to our Team prior to the team starting onsite.
  • Access for plant and equipment on the site needs to be considered.
  • Prior to the Team starting the installation process it will be a requirement for the Compacting Ground Anchors installation sites to be clearly marked out by a member of your team.

Plant & Equipment

Compacting Ground Anchors ensures that all employees are trained and instructed on the safe operation and maintenance of plant & equipment.

Safe Work Methods and Operational Procedures have been developed for the use of the plant & equipment

All Electrical Equipment is tested and tagged on a quarterly basis.

Induction records are available for review please contact the office.

Vehicles

The Company has a policy to keep all vehicles clean and free of panel damaged and are maintained and serviced on a regular basis. Maintenance History is available for review on all vehicles owned or leased by Compacting Ground Anchors.

Non Smoking Policy

Compacting Ground Anchors has a strict non-smoking policy whilst attending job sites, quotations and while travelling in Company Vehicles.
If a designated smoking area is available workers may choose to utilize this area during their designated breaks.

Safety Management Plan

Temporary Screws Anchors has developed an extensive Safety Management System, which includes Safe Work Method Statements, ITPS, Plant Risk Assessments and Daily Risk Assessment for the day-to-day operation of the Business.
In the event that a Site Specific Safety Management Plan is required prior to the commencement of a project the Director will undertake to ensure that one is developed.

All workers are appropriately qualified and assessed competent to carry out the tasks required. All Operators hold Competency Tickets, NSW Workcover Construction Induction Card and in many cases hold RWI Induction Competencies. Management places a high priority on ensuring that all workers are appropriately trained to meet all industry requirements.

Environmental Issues

Compacting Ground Anchors are concerned about the impact the day-to-day operations the business has on the environment. In particular the noise and vehicle movements on a jobsite, as a result of this Management have developed an Environmental Management Plan/Checklist which can be implemented when required
Compacting Ground Anchors recycles wherever possible to limit the amount of waste going into landfill and use recycled paper products where possible.
